Solution to Expense Reports and Purchase Journey
Patron\Merchant benefit:
- Patrons receive itemized receipt through 2 notifications
- Text- patron is immediatly notified and has receipt
- Email - patron has active reciept that can propogate to their expense report apps
- Patron does not have to photograph receipts
- Receipts are encoded from system for itemization and clarification
- Patron use of tech, for Patron’s efficiency\time benefit, reaffirms tech user’s efforts (engagement) and retains customers
- Merchant staff efficiency, lowers paper waste and changing rolls
- Provides privacy
Patron Merchant inter-action:
- Patron opens App, generates QR
- Patron presses on Hop Swap IT logo
- Patron shows App QR to Tablet\scanner and receives two (2) Merchant notifications
- Notifiaction 1 is a text auto-confirms receipt
- Notification 2 is an email that has activator code to insert into expense application along with recording into a personal log
- Patron clicks on activation in email to bring up activator and presses export to expense button
